Process Data Consultant to drive the successful deployment of our solutions, acting as the primary technical liaison to deliver exceptional value to our customers. In this role, you will take full ownership of customer engagements, leveraging your data analysis expertise to map processes, implement solutions, and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Solution Delivery

Own end-to-end customer engagements, collaborating with technical and business teams to assess requirements, map processes, and execute tailored deployment plans for Skan.ai’s process intelligence platform.

Lead the planning, configuration, and operationalization of Skan.ai solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems and alignment with business goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact, providing proactive technical guidance, support, and timely issue resolution, with full accountability for customer satisfaction.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to meet deployment timelines and deliver successful project outcomes, owning milestones and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, providing regular, clear updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress.

Manage escalations by identifying risks, documenting impacts, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.

Build deep expertise in Skan.ai’s product suite, staying current with updates to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Skan.ai platform, supporting customers’ Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partners with deployment, training, and enablement.
Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting

Apply advanced technical and data analysis skills to investigate, debug, and resolve complex deployment issues, working closely with Skan.ai’s Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Use monitoring tools and data analytics to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues, ensuring rapid resolution with minimal disruption.

Conduct root cause analysis using advanced data analysis techniques, log analysis, and process insights to address technical and operational challenges.

Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in process intelligence and data analytics to deliver innovative solutions.
Solution Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed documentation of customer configurations, process maps, and requirements to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability.

Collaborate with customer SMEs to analyze business processes, validate Skan.ai-generated insights, and align outcomes with business objectives using data-driven approaches.

Create and deliver executive-level reports and dashboards, leveraging data analysis to communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) is a plus.

5-6 years of experience in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or process intelligence, with a focus on B2B SaaS implementations.

Proven experience implementing process intelligence, process mining, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or business process management solutions.

Advanced data analysis skills, with expertise in data interpretation, statistical techniques, and generating actionable insights from complex datasets.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for addressing operational and technical challenges through data-driven solutions.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and analytical concepts to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, with full ownership and accountability for project success.

Hands-on experience with IT systems, software applications, and platforms (Windows, Linux).

Familiarity with APIs, HTML, CSS, security protocols, and communication protocols is highly desirable.

Knowledge of cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise software integrations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
