Description & Requirements

Broad Clinical Labs (BCL), a CLIA licensed and CAP accredited wholly owned subsidiary of the Broad Institute, offers services to power your multi-omic data generation and analysis needs, across a range of research, translational, and clinical Dx applications.

Responsibilities:

Performed CLIA-compliant sample preparation and transformation for sequencing pipelines using diverse automated instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
Served as a subject matter expert for all standard operating procedures within a designated functional area, ensuring consistency and quality.
Actively monitored process quality metrics, presenting data to ensure processes remained within specification and escalating deviations as required.
Meticulously managed all functional area documentation, including BQMS and JIRA tickets, maintenance logs, and competency records for regulatory compliance.
Collaborated in troubleshooting operational issues and contributed to brainstorming and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Designed and executed supervised experiments to support process validation and development, applying a foundational understanding of laboratory biology and chemistry.
Maintained effective cross-functional communication and follow-up to ensure alignment on shared projects and goals.
