We are looking for Process Development Engineer to oversee and optimize the CAC production process at ÇİMSA Mersin Cement Factory.

The role is located at our plant specializing in CAC product manufacturing.

As “Process Development Engineer” at Çimsa Mersin factory you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring quality specifications of inputs (raw materials) and outputs (clinker, cement) and take a proactive approach.
  • Identifying problems arising during production, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and explaining them using statistics and materials science,
  • Evaluating process control data and optimizing processes,
  • Developing and maintaining processes using statistics and materials science,
  • As a process developer, accompanying the entire production process from beginning to end,
  • To ensure the optimization and sustainability of processes,
  • Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and presentations to the relevant department managers.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Graduated from Chemical Engineering or Mining Engineering departments,
  • Previous experience at least 2 years in mass production, especially cement production,
  • Knowledge about production performance indicators (KPI) systematic,
  • Willing to share the vision of process excellence,
  • Experienced in Root Cause Analysis; have an understanding of process development and efficiency,
  • Advanced knowledge of computer literacy, MS Office, MS Project, SAP,
  • Advanced problem solving skills,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Good verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills,
  • Located in Mersin/Adana.
