Process Development Manager

We are looking for a “ Process Development Manager ” to be assigned to our “Corporate Development” department located in “İstanbul HQ.”

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering),
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process management, process transformation, or large-scale corporate/digital transformation projects,
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience,
• Strong knowledge of BPM governance models and process architecture frameworks,
• Ability to design end-to-end revenue processes from contract to revenue realization (including billing and collection),
• Experience in structuring and standardizing customer reconciliation, collection, and contract monitoring processes,
• Experience with process modeling and governance tools (preferably ARIS or similar platforms),
• Experience in KPI design, performance measurement frameworks, and executive-level reporting,
• Knowledge of integrating risk and internal control mechanisms into process design,
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• No restrictions on international travel.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Ensure governance and continuous improvement of corporate process architecture, process hierarchy, and process repository standards across the organization,
• Act as the BPM Center of Excellence by defining and maintaining process methodology, modeling standards, and governance principles,
• Provide methodological leadership for OTC and commercial processes while operational ownership remains within business units,
• Establish a corporate process KPI library and support alignment of process KPIs with departmental and individual performance targets,
• Define control point design principles for critical business processes and ensure integration of the risk–control framework,
• Oversee and guide process design in transformation projects to ensure compliance with corporate standards,
• Monitor organization-wide process maturity levels and institutionalize continuous improvement mechanisms,
• Ensure alignment of process changes with corporate procedures, policies, and documentation standards,
• Support adoption of digital processes and automation solutions in line with BPM governance principles.
