What You’ll Do:

• Streamline production processes to reduce waste and save time, effort, and cost.
• Design and maintain process sheets for each machine.
• Monitor and ensure production follows process standards.
• Continuously improve systems to reduce defects and boost quality.
• Develop timelines to speed up operations and increase efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (home appliances industry is a plus!).
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
