This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program .

The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and achieve team KPIs.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment development.
• Design and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and provide effective solutions.
• Develop production documentation, including work instructions and quality control plans.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1 to 2 years' of experience in Steel Fabrication
• Fluent written & verbal English is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in AutoCad
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project
