Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Create comprehensive documentation for all manufacturing processes, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and Process Control Plans (PCPs).
  • Set standard running speed, best practice changeover setup time, technical scrap for items in different manufacturing process(s) across various production lines.
  • Analyze process data and performance to Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the manufacturing line(s).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity performance, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
  • Define critical process parameters and its control limits to ensure compliance with quality standards for electrical and physical cable properties.
  • Analyze quality data to identify process-related defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in the material and product approval cycles help in creating additional material suppliers or developing new cables approvals.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime and support preventive maintenance planning.


You're a great fit if you have:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production/Industrial)
  • 0-2 Years' of experience in the same field
  • Fluent Written and Verbal English is a must
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Knowledge of Lean problem-solving techniques (Root Cause Analysis, A3 Thinking)
