Execute all tasks in alignment with company quality policies, standards and objectives.
Plan production team activities and equipment allocation according to production demand.
Monitor and improve line efficiencies through continuous improvement and optimization projects.
Lead and coach production teams on HS&E (Health, Safety & Environment) awareness and best practices.
Manage and conrol all operations according to Ocuupational Health and Safety and Quality procedures.
Generate and implement innovative ideas for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
Report to Production and RPS Manager on all operational metrics, improvement progress and compliance matters.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing of FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, 5S, Kaizen and statistical analysis.
Proven ability to analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, propose and implement corrective preventive actions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills,
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost an efficiency optimization.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and implementation practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office and production data analyses tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
