Key Responsibilities
Injection Moulding Experience Preferred
New Projects
- Reverse engineering of proto samples to estimate cycle time and process requirements.
- Plan and set up new assembly lines, including equipment, jigs, fixtures, and layout readiness.
- Support equipment trials, validations, and production trial runs (PTR).
- Conduct cycle time, headcount, PPH, and line balancing analysis.
- Prepare process documents: PFC, PFMEA, Work Instructions & Visual Aids.
- Ensure space planning, consumable readiness, and line handover to production.
Existing Projects
- Drive productivity improvement, CT reduction, and headcount optimization.
- Implement operator suggestions and eliminate line-side waste/clusters.
- Maintain consumables and support line changeover with maintenance.
- Update and maintain process documents as live documents.
- Conduct capacity studies, line balancing, and support continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Support ECN changes, operator training, and layout modifications.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of assembly processes, jigs/fixtures, and basic automation.
- Experience in line balancing, cycle time analysis, and layout planning.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, PFC, Work Instructions & Visual Aids.
- Basic CAD knowledge preferred.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in Process Engineering / Assembly Engineering (PED).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
