Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize water treatment processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies and SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including P&IDs, technical specifications, and reports.
  • Monitor plant KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support project planning and execution in line with overall objectives.
  • Organize and document internal and client meetings, following up on action items.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support plant operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M), with at least 5 years of experience in the operation of wastewater treatment plants as a Process Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of process documentation and project management.
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements and local authorities in the water sector.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accountability and professional commitment.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
