Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize water treatment processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Develop and implement process control strategies and SOPs.
Troubleshoot operational issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including P&IDs, technical specifications, and reports.
Monitor plant KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
Support project planning and execution in line with overall objectives.
Organize and document internal and client meetings, following up on action items.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support plant operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 8 years of total professional experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M), with at least 5 years of experience in the operation of wastewater treatment plants as a Process Engineer.
Strong knowledge of process documentation and project management.
Familiar with regulatory requirements and local authorities in the water sector.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of accountability and professional commitment.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
