About the Role

Optimum Solutions is looking for a Process Engineer to design, monitor, and improve operational processes across departments. The role focuses on process optimization, coordination, documentation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth execution from order initiation to delivery and service support.

This position is ideal for Mechanical or Electrical diploma holders who have a strong process mindset and want to grow into operations or process leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end operational processes
• Analyze existing workflows and identify gaps, delays, and inefficiencies
• Coordinate with sales, service, production, logistics, and inventory teams
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process flow charts, and work instructions
• Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and documentation standards
• Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management
• Support inventory planning, stock movement, and order execution processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

Qualifications & Skills Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis & reporting)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple processes
• Understanding of industrial operations, machine tools, or technical processes is an advantage

Experience

• Freshers with strong process understanding may apply
• 1–3 years of experience in process engineering / operations / coordination is preferred
