Job Description：

1. Provide the technical support for manufacturing of PCB

2. Be familiar with tools of FMEA,CP,SPC

3. Be familiar with PTH and Plating process

4. Drive the quality improvement to meet target

5. Conduct the process optimization for capability improvement

6. Strong team working spirit and well communication skill

7. Coaching junior Engineer

Qualification：

1.Bachelor degree, majored in Chemistry

2. with FMEA/SPC/Lean Six Sigam/IPC experience

3. 3+ years experience in PCB Chemical process

4. Good written English
