Green Growth Consultant is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineering Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will lead process engineering operations, optimize industrial processes, and support the development of efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective engineering solutions across company projects.

Key responsibilities include overseeing process design and optimization, monitoring operational performance, developing engineering standards, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. The Process Engineering Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve production efficiency, reduce operational risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with proven experience in process engineering and industrial operations management. Strong knowledge of process simulation tools, engineering systems, and project management practices is essential. Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills are required to effectively manage technical teams and complex projects.
