Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead process design, oversee manufacturing optimization, and align engineering initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manufacturing Oversight: Oversee production processes, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Innovation: Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing.
• Collaboration: Partner with R&D, production, and quality teams to align processes with strategic objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering frameworks and GCC manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and advanced process control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive or motorsports engineering organizations preferred.

Pay: RO2,500.000 - RO3,600.000 per month
