If you join our team as
“Process Excellence Expert”
, you will lead critical projects for ING and help our business leaders to transform their businesses and achieve excellence. In wide-range of projects, you will turn data into transformative solutions and execute these recommendations together with business units. Working across various business units and topics, you will widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally.
If you think you have most of the following
qualifications;
-
Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Engineering, Business Administration and Economics)
-
Advanced graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) is a plus
-
Minimum 2-5 years of Consulting, Process Improvement, Re-engineering, Project Management or Digital Transformation experience
-
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Well-structured, strategic thinking
-
Self-drive and result orientation
-
Willingness to think and act out of the box and take accountability
-
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as, independently with people at all levels in the organization
-
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
-
Respecting different opinions and engage in meaningful discussion, even if it they seem tough
-
Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
-
Eagerness to develop new skills and areas of expertise
-
Good command of MS office programs especially MS Excel and Power Point
-
SQL and ARIS process management tool knowledge is a plus
-
LEAN or Six-Sigma Black/Green Belt certification is a plus
-
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE, etc.) is a plus
If you think you may take charge of the following
responsibilities;

Identify opportunities where process optimization can significantly boost efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
-
Assess current processes and identify improvement areas
-
Gather, mine and analyze data to derive meaningful insights using Six Sigma, Lean quality or similar process improvement programs
-
Design “to-be” processes and provide strategic recommendations to ING executives
-
Develop action plans to implement recommendations in line with external regulations, risk and compliance policies
-
Present your findings and recommendations to ING leaders at different stages of the project
-
Lead process owners, stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the projects and manage their expectations
