Process Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the COPC, TOPS, BEST implementation plan.

• Perform quarter COPC internal audit for the concerned stakeholders across the certification entity.

• Train all site concerned parties on any change in approaches specific to COPC.

• Perform CUIKA audit & follow-up on action plans.

• Look at the program level metrics, created and implemented are in line to meet and exceed customer experience & revenue.

• Work in a collaborative manner with stakeholders’ various touch points with stakeholders (Internal & External) to discuss performance, partner with program to deliver excellent COPC readiness to our teams.

• Follow up on internal and external audit ATACs.

• Consult the departments' managers to achieve the ATACs resolution.

• Initiate, consult, and mentor DMAIC projects with the concerned stakeholders.

• Manage COPC new releases orientation & implementation of new approaches across the certification entity.

• Follow up on Table F reporting collection across the certification entity.

• Follow up on COPC targets review across the certification entity on a semi-annual basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Essential Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree.

2. Very Good English language.

3. COPC CX performance leader - minimum to release 7.0.

4. Six sigma yellow belt.

5. Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in conducting certification/ audits related to COPC.

6. Minimum 1 year of experience in COPC implementation and internal audit review approach.
