Process Excellence Manager

We’re Hiring: Process Excellence Analyst

Join our Business Excellence Team as a Process Excellence Analyst, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of operational performance metrics (Table F, TOPS, and BEST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and align performance metrics for new programs

• Monitor and analyze BEST and TOPS KPIs, identifying trends and improvement areas

• Validate and consolidate monthly Table F data from stakeholders

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all LOBs

• Publish monthly reports and support semi-annual audits

• Support COPC compliance and audit readiness

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and data validation skills

• Experience in reporting and performance metrics

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• COPC knowledge is a plus
