Key Responsibilities:


  • Strong knowledge of end to end UK Payroll Processing is mandatory
  • Process monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Perform FPS EPS GTN reconciliation and ensure timely submission to HMRC
  • Handle gross and net overpayment calculations
  • Knowledge of year end payroll activities End of Year Start of Year P11D and reporting in line with legislation
  • Analyze and validate pre and post payroll run reports
  • Ensure SLA compliance by executing payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
  • Provide expert advice and interpretation of payroll legislation to support team members
  • Requirements
  • ERP knowledge ORACLE FUSION EBS mandatory
  • In depth and current knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA targets
  • Previous experience managing a payroll team
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of compliance requirements
