We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting a leading FinTech client. This is a client-facing role that involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies , including marketing, legal, compliance, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital campaign management , issue resolution (RCA) , process innovation , and a strong understanding of global data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM . You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the FinTech client for campaign operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions including marketing, legal, product, analytics, and external agencies.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable campaign plans and ensure timely execution.

Compliance & Data Privacy

  • Ensure all digital marketing initiatives are compliant with GDPR , CCPA , CAN-SPAM , and other global privacy regulations.
  • Implement and maintain consent management processes and unsubscribe mechanisms across channels.
  • Partner with legal and data privacy teams to keep compliance documentation and audit trails current.

Issue Management & RCA

  • Identify, document, and resolve campaign execution issues through structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .
  • Establish corrective and preventive actions to improve future campaign performance and reliability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements in campaign management.
  • Evaluate and onboard tools or automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Share marketing operations best practices across teams and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to process excellence.
  • Strong understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and global marketing compliance standards.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
