We are looking for a " Process Manager" in Çalık Enerji Headquarters - Engineering Division located in Istanbul.

As the Process Engineering Manager, you will lead the process design and engineering activities for our global energy projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical integrity of projects from conceptual design through to commissioning, ensuring that all process engineering deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and final approval for Heat & Mass Balance (HMB), PFDs, P&IDs, and complex fluid flow calculations.
• Oversee the preparation of technical specifications for equipment and instrumentation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Act as a key stakeholder in multi-disciplinary design reviews (HAZOP, SIL, etc.) and coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil departments.
• Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to international codes (EN, ASME, API, ISO).
• Evaluate technical bids from vendors and manage the output of external engineering consultants/subcontractors.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in process engineering within the Power Plant (Simple or Combined Cycle)
• Advanced knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, Thermoflow) and HMB calculations.
• Deep familiarity with international standards, regulations, and EPC project dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with professional fluency in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to project sites or vendor offices.
