Supply Chain Projects Assistant Manager

Lead and manage all engineering activities for capital projects, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and timelines. Act as a key coordinator with global engineering teams to support new projects, technologies, and plant requirements. Drive technical excellence in project delivery, capital, and technology management to achieve plant performance targets (KPIs) and business objectives.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide support on the technical proposal, estimated project size, and cost.
• Develop design specifications and functional requirements for projects.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, Qualification and Verification/Validation to meet project’s success criteria.
• Supervise the construction/Installation process at the site.
• External discussion duties to the Project Core Team
• Resource, budget and schedule control and reporting
• Ensure the engineering deliverables are on-time and in alignment with the product team in term of plan and solution.
• Ensure all project related activities meet EHS, QFS requirement.
• Work with plant team to plan and manage the capital budget to support business strategies for both short term and long term.
• Drive KWS Technical CoE to support other CoEs and plant requirement.
• Actively support all company initiatives
• Work closely Global / Regional Engineering team as well as with plant operations (EHS, QFS, Production and Maintenance) team.
• Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning
• Travel will be required from time to time both internally and occasionally externally.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Bachelor degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
• MBA or Management degree is preferred.
• Working with manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years engineering field of experience with minimum 3 years for project management.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and construction/structure are required. Also, good computer background is a must.
• English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.
• Able to work with government officer and public organization.
• Knowledge of food industry and financial issues including CAPEX
