Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Project Manager to lead capital projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing projects from conceptual design through operational verification (cradle-to-grave lifecycle).

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Process Systems, OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), and Clean Utilities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process scope for pharmaceutical capital projects.
• Oversee process trains, OSD systems, and clean utilities installation and integration.
• Act as Owner’s Representative aligning project execution with business and technical objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and change orders.
• Conduct site walkdowns and monitor contractor performance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, construction quality, and project controls teams.
• Provide financial reporting, cost tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Support project lifecycle from design through operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of capital project management experience in Pharma or Industrial Manufacturing (Bulk API, OSD, Sterile, Devices, etc.).
• Experience managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, process systems, clean utilities, LEAN, safety, and scheduling.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• OSHA 30 required.
• PMP preferred.
