QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management within the automotive sector,
• Advanced in spoken and written English,
• Advanced in using Microsoft Office programs,
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, measurement, and testing techniques,
• Knowledge of basic quality tools, with competencies in FMEA, 8D, PPAP, control plans, and SPC,
• Result-oriented with strong persuasion skills,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Experience in SAP QM,
• Strong organizational and coordination skills,
• Ability to make quick decisions and develop practical solutions,
• No restrictions on travel,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed,
• Holding a Class B driver’s license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting analyses of internal issues, organizing interdepartmental coordination, tracking processes, and reporting results,
• Monitoring MSA, Risk Analysis, and Cost of Poor Quality activities of relevant departments,
• Overseeing process quality activities in related production locations,
• Improving rework and scrap PPM rates,
• Diagnosing problems/errors in responsible processes by involving QA and ensuring the assigned project leader follows up on the solution,
• Measuring and tracking SPC cards for seat SPC points specified in the special characteristics list,
• Revising control plans in case of production line changes, quality defects, or the addition of a new poka-yoke,
• Managing the working hours, leaves, and absenteeism of subordinates,
• Planning internal and external training needs for team members and reporting them to the Human Resources Department.
