• Process audit system build up
• Preparing CoAs with packaging compliance checks
• Monitoring results before Positive Release
• Performing dimensional mechanical and final controls (Zwick machine tests)
• Visual inspection (BST, Rubby)
• Managing internal complaints with RCA methods
• Tracking and isolating blocked materials
• Conducting FMEA workshops for risk reduction
• Performing internal process & product audits
• Reporting performance indicators to Senior Quality Manager
