Process Server

Hello potential civil process server. This is a 1099 contract position.

This gig is can be a good source of additional income for your already existing business. Meaning that you already have an existing LLC or Corp EIN. The situation is best suited to existing real estate agents, mobile notaries, other process servers and other general delivery businesses.

Here is how it usually goes...

We will create a job in our system.

You will get an email about that job.

You will print out the documents and instruction sheet.

You will drive to the address, knock on the door, and attempt to serve the documents to the person they are intended for.

You will update the app on your mobile device with photos and a description of the attempt. Including any other relevant information.

Typical services may require up to 3 attempts with diligence. Including morning, daytime and evening attempts including weekends.

We will advise if the job is complete or needs continued attempts based on your findings.

We are all about the communication. Our clients are demanding attorneys and they need answers when they need them. If you have strong computer skills and can communicate with us effectively then you'll be successful "server papers".
