Simulate process systems using HYSYS™, Dynsim™, PRO/II™, SCP270™, TRISIM™, and related tools.
Execute simulation projects including OTS, Tieback Studies, Dynamic Studies, H&MB Validation, Pipeline Simulation, and Power Projects.
Integrate real distributed control systems (e.g. Emerson DeltaV, Foxboro (Schneider Electric), Yokogawa, Siemens, and ABB) and develop control emulation environments.
Implement PLCs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and integrate them with dynamic models.
Perform thermodynamic and dynamic analyses, design calculations, and reconcile simulation data.
Develop and validate steady-state and dynamic simulation models.
Define and configure operator training simulator architectures.
Review and document engineering content for quality and accuracy.
Participate in client witness testing and support project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Simulation, Operator Training Simulator configuration, or Process Plant Operation (preferably in Refinery, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries).
Technical Skills:
Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Control Narratives.
Proficiency in HYSYS, PRO/II, APS,or ADS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Solid understanding of technical and engineering concepts.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work globally on short-, medium-, or long-term assignments.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
