AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Strategy, Planning & Systems Specialist. You will have a pivotal responsibility in assisting with strategy development and ensuring its successful implementation. Your core duties will involve composing, maintaining, and clarifying all procedures within AdvanceCare, as well as revising and writing processes for all departments. Your efforts will contribute to establishing a comprehensive framework for efficient operations throughout the organization. Your role will entail preparing, analyzing, and reporting on strategic and functional information to drive key initiatives. The ideal person for this position has a knowledge of analytical skills.
This is a work from home position. You must have a high-speed internet and a 27" or larger monitor, keyboard & mouse for use with our company laptop. (If you live within a 1-hour drive of the office, we can loan you a monitor, keyboard & mouse as well as the laptop).

6. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:
The Manager for our Home Care Services is a hybrid - work from home position, using company-provided systems to stay connected and productive. It requires a quiet, professional workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to stay focused and organized without direct supervision. Regular communication with leadership and team members is essential, and timely responsiveness during business hours is expected.
