Processing Officer

We are seeking a Knowledgeable Immigration Processing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Prepare and submit immigration applications accurately and on time.
  • Client Consultation: Talk to clients to understand their needs and guide them on the best visa options. Stay in touch with clients, give updates, and answer their questions.
  • Record Keeping: Keep clear and complete records of all client cases.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation Must
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively guide clients.
  • Documents Preparation: Have knowledge of preparing, maintaining and submitting documents with good research skills.
  • Research Work: Haveexperience to doing research works.
  • Computer Skills: Have proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge: Having knowledge and understanding of Visa Consultancy like Study Visa, Immigration Visa, Work Visa etc is a Plus.
