Why You Will Love this Job :
Clarke Energy is seeking a dedicated Procore Coordinator to ensure all Clarke Energy US employees, contractors, and project team members are fluent and consistent in their daily use of Procore. This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining structured training programs (remote and in-person) that improve adoption, compliance, and efficiency across all projects.
The Procore Trainer will report directly to the Project Director and will serve as the central knowledge resource for Procore workflows, ensuring standardization and best practices across the U.S. project portfolio.
Specific Responsibilities:
Training & Development
Develop, implement, and deliver Procore training programs for new hires, existing employees, and contractors.
Conduct virtual training sessions on a recurring basis, providing both introductory and advanced instruction tailored to different user groups.
Lead live, in-person group training sessions at project sites and offices (approximately 10% of total time).
Create user guides, video tutorials, and quick-reference materials to support ongoing learning.
Track training attendance, completion rates, and adoption metrics.
Serve as Clarke Energy’s subject matter expert for Procore workflows, tools, and system updates.
Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to project teams and subcontractors.
Monitor compliance and proper usage of Procore across all U.S. projects, addressing gaps in knowledge or process.
Work closely with Project Directors, Managers, and Coordinators to align Procore usage with project delivery goals.
Provide feedback to leadership on Procore adoption trends and propose improvements in training programs.
Ensure all documentation, RFIs, submittals, change events, and logs are being effectively leveraged within Procore.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Procore experience with demonstrated ability to train and guide project teams.
Strong understanding of construction workflows (RFIs, submittals, change events, daily logs, meeting minutes, etc.).
Proven training or instructional experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable creating training materials.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with 80% remote and 20% travel to project sites and offices.
Strong communicator with a passion for teaching technology
Patient and approachable; adapts training to diverse learning levels
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
