Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Analyst – Payments in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and financial expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Procure to Pay process for specific countries, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as sourcing, supply chain, HR, and country/region treasury), interact with external stakeholders like banks, handle payables and disbursements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of tasks such as invoice processing, payment execution, and employee travel and expense claims, but also contribute to process improvements and compliance adherence.
We’ll look to you for:
Processing 3-way, 2-way, and exception invoices
Managing credit notes and related approvals
Preparing and publishing payment schedules
Executing various payment methods and reconciling bank debits
Handling employee travel and expense claims
Publishing SLA compliance reports
Adhering to process controls and contributing to root cause analysis

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience or understanding of accounting principles and processes
Knowledge of accounting tools
Familiarity with ERP systems (desirable)
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Strong team-playing skills and ability to adhere to set guidelines
Capacity to adapt to a changing environment with a proactive and positive approach
