Procurement & Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Accounts Coordinator to handle supplier sourcing, purchase operations, and assist in accounting functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in procurement processes and basic accounting, especially in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships
  • Collect quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
  • Issue purchase orders and maintain proper purchase records
  • Track order status and follow up for timely deliveries
  • Maintain inventory coordination with stores/logistics team
  • Assist with invoice verification and GRN matching
  • Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments
  • Update transactions in Tally / ERP / Excel
  • Maintain records of bills, payment cycles, and purchase expenses
  • Support basic GST input reconciliation and monthly accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchase + accounting functions
  • Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
