About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Department team
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Supplier Management:
- Monitor vendor performance standards by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending a related action plan.

Cost Analysis:
- Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
- Develop dashboards and create reports regarding spend history and savings opportunities.
- Utilize diverse data sources like Coupa, PeopleSoft, and Service Channel to derive meaningful insights and create visualizations that spur sourcing opportunities.

Process Improvement:
- Evaluating and improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Utilize available procurement tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process through analytical research.

Sourcing Support:
- Collaborate with senior category managers to support sourcing strategies with data-driven insights.
- Track and validate savings achieved through procurement initiatives.

Data Management & Integrity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement databases and systems.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms (e.g., ERP, spend analytics tools).
- Create consolidated reporting, optimizations, and understand the impact of KPIs on spend. Employ your knowledge to uncover the factors behind successful strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred

3+ years of Analytics, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain or relevant experience required.

Excellent data analysis abilities to effectively identify value opportunities.
- Deep experience in advanced data visualization tools such as PowerBI and ChatGPT which allow you to create rich dashboards and derive insights.

Proven ability of delivering highly complex analytics projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings.

Knowledge of Procurement fundamentals, processes and policies.

Strong experience in an ERP system, database applications, and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with Coupa is strongly preferred.

Superb interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Superior organizational skills, with the ability to pay strict attention to detail while handling multiple tasks in a service- and results-oriented environment.

The starting salary for this position is $54,600 – $83,600. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $113,700. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
