Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage and maintain procurement records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate contracts and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on purchasing performance and metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams in project initiatives related to procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong proficiency in SAP and other procurement software.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
