POSITION SUMMARY

The Procurement & Inventory Coordinator, under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, is responsible for sourcing, purchasing and supplier management, as well as overseeing inventory management processes, including inventory accuracy and stock levels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage and coordinate the procurement process for all necessary supplies, equipment, and services required by the organization.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the speedy delivery of quality goods and services.

Work closely with other departments to accurately forecast demand and ensure that stock levels are aligned with the needs of the business.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery and service requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

Conduct daily inventory activities including counting and tracking inventory levels.

Develop and implement inventory management processes, policies and systems to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.

Conduct regular inventory counts to verify inventory accuracy.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
