About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Inventory Manager to lead end-to-end

procurement operations and inventory management for our advanced battery and aerospace

technology manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor management

skills, cost optimization expertise, and a process-driven approach to ensure timely

availability of materials, components, and supplies while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy & Execution

o Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

o Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and

timely delivery.

o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

• Inventory Management

o Oversee inventory planning, stock audits, and material movement across

production, warehouse, and project sites.

o Implement inventory control systems (Odoo/ERP preferred) to track material

usage, reorder levels, and lead times.

o Monitor and optimize inventory turnover, reducing excess and obsolete stock.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

(production, R&D, and sales teams).

o Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements for

purchased items.

• Cost & Process Optimization

o Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

o Standardize procurement processes and implement best practices to enhance

efficiency.

• Reporting & Compliance

o Prepare and present periodic procurement and inventory reports to

management.

o Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and sustainability

practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Mechanical/Electrical

Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement and inventory management

(manufacturing/energy/aerospace sector preferred).

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/MS Dynamics preferred).

• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with expertise in demand forecasting and cost optimization.

• Knowledge of battery materials, electronics components, or aerospace supply

chain is a plus.
