Procurement and Logistic Coordinator (Must F&B with Coffee Shop Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator with experience in the food and beverage industry to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle food & beverage purchases and supplier coordination.

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.

Source reliable suppliers at affordable market rates.

Manage logistics for catering services and daily operations.

Coordinate material transfers between warehouse, store, and outlets.

Prepare supplier payments and cheques and arrange management approvals

Provide administrative and basic PRO support when required

Requirements:

Experience in food & beverage procurement

Good communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of supplier credibility and market pricing

Ability to handle logistics and material movement

Valid driving license is mandatory
