Procurement and Stores Executive

• Inventory maintenance
• Intimating Purchase Team to procure stock, as and when required
• Weekly audit of Inventory along with Senior Management
• Biweekly audit of Tools
• Coordination with the Transporter for delivery of Materials
• Tracking of items in transit
• Dispatch material as per requisition
• Preparing and obtaining Delivery Challans
• Processing Invoice of the Inward Materials

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven working experience in Industry
• Knowledge of civil, mechanical, plumbing and electrical
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler license
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
