Nursing incharge

• Keeping a check on inventory and indenting as and when required.
• Ensuring autoclaving of packs and instruments.
• Keeping a check on expiry date of packs and sending the same for re-autoclaving if required.
• Maintaining a message book wherein important information regarding medication given to the patients is recorded.
• Informing ICU about critical patients and ascertaining bed availability and preparing before shifting.
• Ensuring availability of trolleys & wheel chairs in the dept. all the time.
• Shifting the patient for various investigations.
• Providing attendance in CT/ Radiology dept. in case necessary.
• Contacting the resident/ lecturer/ consultant whenever required.
• Answering any queries or doubt of patients / relatives and attending to their needs.
• Assisting doctors in minor OT and plaster room.
• Attending to emergencies in absence of 1066.
• Attending to patients and checking their vitals.
• Efficient management of resources.
• Maintaining important records/ documentation.
• Preparing the duty rooster for the casualty staff, EMS, OPD and X-ray nurses.
• Supervising the work of staff assigned.
• Conducting and attending training programs.
• Translating organizational objectives into operational goals.
• Adhering to the standing orders of the organization.
• Awareness of organizational and departmental policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
