Procurement Business Analyst (Data & Excel Focus) – Dubai

We are looking for a data-driven Procurement Business Analyst to support a procurement system migration project with a leading government entity in Dubai.

📍 Location: Dubai (Onsite)

📅 Duration: 6 Months Contract

⚠️ Please apply ONLY if you meet the below criteria:

• 5+ years of hands-on procurement experience (PR/PO, RFQ, vendor coordination)

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, reporting)

• Experience working with procurement data (supplier records, PO data, reporting)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.)

• Comfortable working with large datasets and data validation

• Fluent in Arabic & English

🚫 Profiles without strong Excel/data experience will not be considered

• Procurement data migration and validation

• Data cleanup, accuracy, and governance

• Coordination with procurement teams and stakeholders

• Supporting system transition activities
