Procurement Buyer (Exp. energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Buyer with 5+ years of

experience to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-

effective acquisition of goods and services aligned with project and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, PO

issuance, and contract management.

• Collaborate with project teams to understand material and service requirements.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and

project specifications.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or

invoicing.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
