Procurement Category Manager
Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.
We are looking for a Procurement Category Manager for our company, leading in Turkish gaming industry. The position reports to the Head of Procurement& Supply Chain.
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Being responsible from HR & Facility Management & Sales & Finance & Legal indirect procurement categories and services procurement and managing short- or long-term contracts with the suppliers where appropriate through using market intelligence,

Getting alignment and maintaining stakeholder engagement in support of strategies,

End to End Management of HR & Facility Management & Sales & Finance & Legal indirect procurement categories,

Coordination of multinational teams,
-
Developing the procurement strategies based on external and internal analysis,

Procure at the best conditions, while ensuring quality, supply continuity,
-
Managing new product launch process and play key role as procurement in project teams,
-
Coordinates any issues (quality, invoice etc.) with suppliers on time,
-
Making research in market to create alternative supply channels and gaining the alternative suppliers and aid better purchasing,
-
Implementation and development of company’s strategies,
-
Boosting company’s budget pipeline with value creation,
-
Developing the appropriate procurement tools, reports and trends to monitor procurement performance within the organization,

Supplier relationship management,
-
Cross functional and related stakeholder management.
Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines,

At least min. 8 years of experience in purchasing processes,

Preferably team management experience,

Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office programmes,

Good command of English both written and spoken,

Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills,

Strong demonstrated negotiation, quality, and conceptual skills,
-
Being a team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines, open communication in a multi-disciplined environment.
