Procurement & Contracts Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Master's degree in Civil Engineering or to any related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of overall professional experience
• With relevant trainings/seminars in the field of expertise
• Applicants must possess similar experience as procurement/contracts specialist in any infrastructure projects.
• Must be willing to work overseas
