Job Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for Business Support to provide operational and administrative assistance to the Sales and Procurement departments. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of purchase and sales processes, coordinating between internal teams, suppliers, and customers, and maintaining accurate data flow within systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and follow-up of purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Coordinate between the sales and procurement teams to ensure order accuracy and timely execution.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
  • Support the sales team with stock availability, order tracking, and documentation.
  • Follow up with logistics on incoming shipments and update relevant departments.
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards for sales and procurement KPIs.
  • Handle data entry and maintain product information within the ERP or shared systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
