Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales department by managing daily operations, handling client communication, and maintaining accurate sales reports. The candidate must be computer-efficient and able to operate Dewan Foods’ internal sales software.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily with the sales team on orders, targets, and follow-ups

Communicate with customers via phone and WhatsApp (business handling required)

Operate Dewan Foods’ sales/accounting software for data entry and reporting

Prepare and maintain sales, stock, and dispatch reports (MS Excel required)

Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation

Support inter-department communication with accounts and logistics

Qualification & Skills Required:

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS mandatory)

Strong computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, software handling)

Must be able to learn and operate Dewan Foods internal sales software

Good communication and coordination skills

Responsible, organized, and able to manage reporting independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
