Key Responsibilities


Prospecting & Client Identification

  • Act as a Rebel ambassador driven to explore, connect, and create meaningful partnerships.
  • Identify and profile ideal clients that align with DPL’s mission and values.
  • Reach out through personalized communication on email, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and keep engagement genuine, curious, and value focused.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design creative outreach approaches that stand out in the market.

Lead Generation & Coordination

  • Support the creation and execution of lead generation strategies across digital platforms and industry events.
  • Track lead performance and conversions to continuously refine outreach efforts.
  • Assist with scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and onboarding coordination for new engagements.

Sales & Relationship Building

  • Partner with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and client materials that reflect DPL’s bold culture.
  • Help build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Participate in client meetings to learn consultative communication and value-driven relationship skills.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Research emerging trends, industries, and technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activity and client data to provide actionable insights for business strategy.

Training & Development

  • Participate in structured learning sessions focused on sales techniques, IT product knowledge, and client engagement best practices.
  • Work closely with mentors to develop a strong foundation in business development and consultative selling within the IT domain.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is desirable.
