Procurement Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Contracts Specialist to join our procurement and legal teams. The successful candidate will manage contract lifecycles, negotiate terms with suppliers and partners, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support sourcing and vendor management activities. This full-time role requires strong contract management experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across commercial, legal, finance, and operations teams. The role offers opportunities to shape contracting processes, drive cost and risk mitigation, and improve procurement cycle times through practical contract governance and stakeholder engagement.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial contracts within procurement, sourcing, legal, or vendor management functions.

  • Working knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing lifecycle, and supplier performance management.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to procurement activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey contractual risks and commercial trade-offs to non-legal stakeholders.

  • Experience with contract management systems or CLM tools and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Commercial terms & pricing models (T&C, SLA, indemnities, liability caps): Intermediate

  • Familiarity with procurement and sourcing processes, RFP/RFQ management, and vendor selection: Intermediate

  • Contract lifecycle management tools and repositories (CLM, SharePoint, or equivalent): Basic to Intermediate

  • Basic understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance areas affecting procurement and vendor relationships: Basic to Intermediate

  • Data analysis and reporting for contract metrics and spend analysis (Excel, basic SQL or BI tools preferred): Basic
