Procurement Coordinator

1. Educational & Professional Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Construction Management , or related field
• Professional certifications in Procurement/Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage
• Strong technical understanding of construction materials, systems, and equipment used in high-rise projects

2. Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years in procurement within the construction industry
• At least 5 years dedicated to high-rise building projects with main contractors or large-scale developers
• Proven track record in end-to-end procurement : from tendering and vendor selection to delivery and close-out
• Experience in MEP, structural, and finishing materials procurement for high-rise towers
