Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Maintain and update procurement records and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and conducting market research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
