Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to oversee and manage daily procurement operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, supply chain knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between vendors, clients, and internal teams. The Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement workflows and maintaining ICA Mumbai LLC’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and contract management.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Monitor inventory levels and support supply chain planning.
• Prepare procurement reports and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s procurement regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement coordination or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
