Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE or GCC experience in automotive spare parts procurement/store, preferably with German brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, etc.).
- Strong hands-on experience in German vehicle spare parts (OEM and aftermarket) and familiarity with main brands and product lines.
- Practical experience using EPC and online parts catalog platforms to identify and cross-reference part numbers.
- Proven experience in local procurement (UAE market dealers, distributors) and online sourcing/import of parts.
- Good knowledge of storekeeping, inventory control, and basic documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/inventory software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; English required, Arabic/German an advantage.
- Must be currently in UAE/GCC with valid visa status; immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure OEM and aftermarket German automotive spare parts from local and international suppliers (online and offline).
- Use EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) and online catalogs to identify correct part numbers and ensure compatibility with vehicle models.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
- Plan and maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstock and stockouts for fast-moving and critical parts.
